Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at care@thethreeofus.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, opened supplement products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
